when using most apps i have on iphone xs max on this ipad air my apps dont fit full screen is there anything i can do to fix this or is it a common issue?

iPad Pro 10.5 from 2017 is still better than this. The 120Hz refresh rate is game changing.

Dwrek, 20 Mar 2019No. Only iPad Pros have 4gb of RAM. All others have 2gbI was meaning apple phones.
Current IOS needs GB ram to run at least 4 apps simmultaneously othervise you have a problem.

Apple will not include 4GB of RAM because they know that the device will last too long before an upgrade is required. Most users don't need a powerful CPU, but they will need more RAM down the road as apps get larger. Apple wants the iPad Air 2019 to be obselete before 2022.
