I've had my IPad Air 2 since they first became available in the US. I purchased it through a deal with Best Buy, that included not only a price match but an upgrade on my IPhone for $1.00 and and $50.00 rebate.
My IPad Air 2 has given me absolutely no problems that could not be solved by common sense, and previous Apple experience. (Forum use)
The speed is fantastic, as long as you clean up your unused and temp files.
It is as light as air. Buy a good fitting case. I'd recommend Snugg.

I was using my ipad Air, till last Tuesday & suddenly the screen is black
it is lighted but dark, cannot shut down
I don't know what happened, any help please?

Tjb, 17 Apr 2016Ipad mini 3 is better with ppi above 300 good for reading.iPad mini 2 & mini 3 have the same specs if you use it there no new tecnology nor improve any specs thought if you gonna buy iPad I suggest to buy mini 4 or air 2 if you low budget then use mini 2. It's the better choise.

Best computing device and iOS 9 puts it on another level. and yes it does have predictive texting. Multitasking, studio quality music production with garage band. AutoCAD, illustrator, clinometer. Engineer, doctor, student, company, sports coach, YouTuber? iPad!

I simply love the iPad Air 2. Works smoothly and can get most of the things done. Usually when I'm away from home, I'll just bring my iPad and the charger. That's it. I'm all set. Download lecture notes for reading and get some assignments done. And also love the display. Reading and watching tv series are just that easy with the wide variety apps out there. Most of the time, I don't really use my laptop. I went from the 1st generation of iPad Mini to the iPad Air 2, so the difference in speed is quite obvious. Plus, the split-view also comes in handy. Being a medical student, most if the images (eg; X-ray, CT scans, anatomy, etc.) are all crystal clear.

And hence, you can bet that it can support most of the new updates that's out there and can stand for a long time. These updayes usually take a lot of space (eg( the iOS itself). I too am a student and using a lot of productivity apps (I used PDF expert, Documents, Word, Powerpoint, PrinterPro and iBooks mostly). You'll need apps for editing, viewing, play tutorial videos, etc. Not to mention you might want to put some music in it to accompany your studying. Hence, the best I think would be a 64GB to keep all your files and documents. Cheers! ✌🏻️

I am planning to buy iPad air 2 soon, to read books, view my documents, and use it for studying. Thing is, I tend to have a weakness for games, so I was thinking of buying the 16gb version, so that I won't have the storage to install large addictive games. Apart from games, is 16gb enough for the uses I mentioned above? Thanks!

this is a really good tablet. i upgraed from the orignal ipad mini and boy, am i glad did! its fast, and highly compatible. even though its already outdated, its still really good.
