joe, 29 Dec 2015Does a iPad 2 calls or have access to whatsapp?The iPad Air 2 does not come with the access of using whatsapp, However, woth the comnections to (3G, 4G, LTE or Wi-Fi) you could message using iMessage. Theese messages are sent via a connection and do not cost (May cost as it needs a data connection) Hope this answered.

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2015No hotspotOnly the models that have cellular bands and, therefore, have cellular connectivity and can be activated with a cellphone service carrier, can provide a hotspot for other devices. WiFi-only models don't have that ability. Also, it depends on the carrier and/or your specific cellphone plan for the carrier to allow you to have (or not) and use the hotspot feature. Cheap prepaid plans usullualy don't offer a hotspot feature.

When will the Air 3 be put. I badly need to get one and I dont want to buy the Air 2 since itz outdated. Might as well wait a while for Air 3. Pro is too big n heavy..

I am new with the IOS system and i read some comments that upgrade to a higher version of IOS makes the device a little slower, so is the update IOS 9.2 better or should i stick with IOS 8.1 ?1

Let aside Android for a while (even though I am a huge fan of it), but I really both the Tab S and Air 2 are neck-and-neck each in their respective ecosystem.
