Then decide.. the price will remain the same, if you still want current gen, price will drop.

Only the following is allowed indefinite execution.
1. VoIP
2. Audio / Airplay
3. Location updates
4. Bluetooth
5. Some hardware accessories.
6. Remote Notification.
As you can see, downloading is not included.
Jailbreak iOS, make use of the above methods to piggy-back downloading so that it can last indefinitely. (i.e. use VoIP to download file.) App store reject all apps that uses this method.
However if you are a developer, there is no stopping you to create such an app and use privately :P

It's been very troublesome to me, that's why I refuse to buy any iOS device after I brought a iPad mini.

I guess I will go for Samsung tab s2 because it has calling facility

But basically, iPad behave like a "tablet" and thats why it serve its role very very well. Sony, like all Android tablets.. try to be a laptop replacement... phone replacement.. jack of all trades but master of none.

IPad air 2 works great, is fast, and has no hesitation unless you have opened the same page twice. In FB i posted comments and swiped previos pages thinking the were closed, and then it became difficult to try to enter another like or comment- even frezzing the pagei was on. Once i downloaded the app for FB (updating that which is supplied) then it works fine. No hesitation, some things need a double tap which you may think is a malfunction of the new touch pad. Once i got it all set up, my experience with it is that it is flawless. The battery is pretty good too. Also like to mention that an earlier post complained about a missing piece on the lower corner of the screen. I have use of my whole screen touch and sight, so you should exchange the one you have if that is the case. I love the apps that come with it like the spreadsheets and power point, and i-university. Also the photo booth is lots of fun. I love how user friendly it is and how i can probably replace my PC with it. I Think it is flawless. I have the iPad Air 2 wi-fi 128gb w/ cellular

I bought my iPad Air 2 a month ago and after three weeks, started to freeze in settings and in certain applications....I tried to reset a couple of times, but the problem was the same...so i tried via iTunes a full recovery and then my iPad didn't turned on...so I took it to Apple Store and they gave me a new one. Now everything works fine. I still not regret that I bought this ipad. I had many other tablets before, but I think this one was the best choice. Fast and stable, gives you good performance...

I have used iPad Air 2 for 3 day everything is great but only problem with its sound that make iPad Vibrate which uncomfortable to hold it in the hand

I recommend ipad air 2 to those who have eye problems when using tabs or cellphones for long hours specially for reading. I find its screen friendly to my eyes. But it is still healthy to read using kindle paper ink or hardcopy.

Just upgraded from my iPad third generation wi-fi+cellular to Air 2Wi-Fi+cellular.
I Have done the right thing as the Air 2 is superb and I don't think anyone can come near it for performance

Always will prefer iPads. Even the Mini version battery is very good.

I've enjoyed this gadget (Samsun TabS 10,1) six months. Two days ago, I sold and very happy for this fact. I am very disappointed and think buy iPad 2 Air or bit waiting and buying iPad 3 Air. Before I used iPad 3 Mini and I'll back again to iPad.....
