The ipad consists of a personal hotspot too.
but first you must open apn setting in cellular data
then add your carrier's apn code in personal hotspot section
then for sure refresh your cellular data connection by turning on and off
therfore the personal hotspot in your setting list will appear.

Pls why is iPad Air 2 is not having a personal hotspot and why is it not possible for me to make a call with my iPad like a phone?i have a friend using a iPad but he can use his own to make a local call like a phone,this the reason I bought it thought I can use it to make a call

The touch ID is cool and all, but feel that iOS is limited in terms of completing tasks that require extensive coding. On the other hand, I've only tried iOS 8 on a first gen iPad, so I can't really judge it without trying it first.

it mean it is the fastest tab in the world now

Apple iMessage / Facebook Messager / Skype / viber all can.
If you have iPhone, then normal SMS / Voice call (Wifi mode) is possible on iPad.

better ipad air2 (daily used), tried note 10.1 2014 ed.
turned out to be dissapointed with overall battery performance, heat issue (especially running 2 app together side by side), blurry screen (because instead of using RGB matrix, samsung used RGBW(white) matrix so the screen when viewed from near is abit blurry), any ither the note 10.1 is fine.

This is to make you buy their latest tablets. They also do this with computers and phones. Would recommend just going for a Nexus or something in the Android market
