iPad Air box, shows an iPad at around 30% tilt, so you can see the home screen icons.
iPad Air 2 box, shows an iPad at its sides only. You can only see the sides, no home screen icons at all.
Both shows iPad Air. No 2 for iPad Air box.
See if iPad Air or iPad Air 2. Check the device, if it has a mute button, then its a iPad Air, if it does not have mute button, its iPad Air 2.

I just purchased ipad air 2 wi-fi 64 GB.On the box, it is written ipad air only.Suffix 2 is not there.Is it OK?

I own it now for four months and the positive side of it is known to almost all (built quality, good battery life, smooth running applications...etc). I am only sad that the rare camera quality is not as good as I expected at all considering the hardware specs I was expecting something much better. The other thing is sound quality and the fact that both stereo speakers are installed in one side making it uncomfortable when volume is increased and further vibrating.
