It is not possible with iPad, though possible with android tablets. Or you are going to carry iPhone with you then it may be the best device you can get.

My iPad mini generation 6 recently bought new, the battery is discharged by about 10% every day, so in approximately 10 days it no longer turns on, this is completely turned off.
Being in use with the brightness of the screen at 100% and without using sound, it lasts me a little more than 2 hours. What a disappointment because all my Samsung devices last much longer.

Genshin is around 20 GB and we will get a lot of new areas. I heard about jelly scrolling but your best bet is to search for youtube videos or some reddit posts
