troy, 18 Sep 2013@keydee. It was a faulty charger. It was the cord to be spe... moretroy, i tried a different charger and the device still won't charge... i finally bring the unit to PowerMac service center, it underwent diagnostics and they found out that it was a case of faulty battery, thank God the escalation was approved and Apple will be sending a replacement unit

same thing happened to my ipad mini wifi only. after 3 months, the battery won't charge anymore beyond 12%! to use it, it has to be constantly plugged to power! i'm going to return it to the store where i bought it. this could be a faulty battery.

Its just the matter of time, apple would learn their lesson just like blackberry company. Apple and blackberry company are the king of low spections trashy products that are expensive. Already apple don't even what what kind of design to put out for sale.. their days are numbered.

User of iPad mini i would surely update if the next iPad has these specs
Sub retina display with 244PPi 1536x1024 resolution (atleast)
Quad core graphics same as iPad 3 i know they wont add iPad 4 graphics thats why
iOS 7 of course
Finger print scanner
8MP camera / 2MP front camera
These are the only things i need from this new iPad or else i would get an iPod touch and upgrade after an year

I have had the 32gb model of this product from December of last year and so far it has been a very reliable product. I have used apple products before but this is flawless, the battery life is outstanding and the 512mb of ram has never been an issue. I am able to play the latest games such Asphalt 8 and Modern Combat 4 without lag and the lack of retina display is not an issue, this also saves you a bit of cash. It is also lighter then the larger, bulkier Ipad and less of a strain to hold for long periods of time. I strongly urge anyone considering this product to go for it you will be impressed.
