costomer, 14 Aug 2013it can not play all kinds of Video Format. go to android Tablet"GoodPlayer" on App Store play just as well as "BSPlayer" on android Play Store.
Both are equally capable, can play via SMB as well as local.
Can use DiskAid to wirelessly transfer also.

I wish we could make calls and send text messages on the next ipad mini. It would also help if apple put a usb port (not mini usb) in it.

I recently bought one. I am extremely happy with it. The only problem is that my carrier keeps disabling my personal hotspot option. Any tips how to bypass this?

Hi,
Have the following 2 ways best for me.
1. (Easy Way) - Use iTunes, add your music to itunes and sync. But you will lose the file structure and how you like to arrange your songs.
2. (Advance Way) - Download "DiskAid" for your Windows PC. And "Free Music Download - Mp3 Downloader by ASPS Apps" for iPad mini from the App store (Get pro better).
Then you can drag and drop your entire music folder using "DiskAid" and play like an android phone. (Wirelessly or wired)

You can use Line for texting and calling it free on application store but for iphone screen but still useful on ipadmini

Hi all,
It is very clear that you can not make calls directly from the sim card on Ipad mini cellular as the calling feature is not available via sim.
Sim calling Feature is not included in Cellular model.
You can use the sim card to access internet where you do not have WIFI Access. (That's the Plus point of Cellular - Nothing else)
Gaming experience is just awesome on ipad mini.
A5 - Chip set Processor helps in playing high HD playing without any issues.
Battery Life is again compared and tested and my hands-on experience says it's good enough to last for 2 day with continuous use, internet browsing, download, playing games,
Stand-by time goes till 15 days.
And if you are listening only to songs and some browsing sessions then battery can last for 7-8 days.
I would say that touch is very impressive.
Make sure to close all the apps and clear cookies and temp files everyday after browsing and download.

So its not a gsm voice/sms device. It cannot make voice call via telco simcard. Only via internet.
So long as you do not see speaker grill means no call feature, same as ipod / tab wifi/ note 8.0 wifi / nexus 7 etc etc..

Just bought an iPAD MINI WIFI + Cellular last January , however i got a problem with my charger just yesterday. Its not working anymore..:(
