Some says no calls or sms no phone function iPad mini

Android and Ios are different. with Android, you almost fully access the web like on PC, and you can download as pc does; but with IOS, you can't download sth directly on its web browsers, unless you use any App to download. Anyway, you can copy everything in android to your pc, unlike iTune which not allow you to do everything you want to do, I don't know whether you can use other App to do this, but iTune won't. iOS is better than Android in term of Apps and smoothness of its OS; however, in term of usability and functionality, I don't think iOS is better than Android. (talk honestly, I own both iOS and Android devices)

You can do more serious work on iOS platform than Android. Most of the major software company releases its tablet based softwares for iOS first. Take Autodesk, MS for example.
I don't know what you mean by "serious internet and computer stuff". I was just putting forward a counter point. If Android "makes you feel serious and geeky", that should be the OS of your choice. I have been using Android for the last 2.5 years. Even after putting in 2.3.6 firmware update, it sucks. It hangs, switches off and frustrates me. I notice similar experiences of my friends who chose Galaxy S 2 or Samsung Note. Moreover, Samsung provides little software support even 1 year down the line.
And as for innovation, I don't know what major innovation samsung has done recently. they haven't improved the screen or battery or ruggedness of their product. They have been copying the iOS so blatantly in their TouchWiz that google had to warn them and shift to LG to make Nexus4. It should learn from HTC or SonyEriccsson how to make OSs whioh don't feel like a cheap ripoff of iOS.

People should stop comparing an ipad with samsung galaxy or Android OS and IOS.both devices differs in functionality.in terms of functionality Android OS is far ahead of IOS. None of tye ipads can stand Samsung note 10.1 in terms of functions and usage.Ipad is good fancy ,beautiful and attractive colour display.Good for immature and ordinary users of eDevice definitely not for serious web, internet
And computer related works.APPLE NEED TO GROW AND stop RECYCLING IPHONE AND IPAD.PLS DO SOME NEW and INNOVATIVE.

Try changing the access point in the settings menu, each network has a unique access point name. Find your network's access point name and enter it there

hhhhhhhhhhh price here 650-700$ so are apple team know this.
and after you by it you might find that's it's not original or re-refreshed or bad manufactured.
