perspective, 17 Dec 2012no you cannot dial on an ipad.This is wrong, you can make calls from iPads or even an iTouch with an app like MagicJack..

Nano sim not yet available in the local markets.
So, Galaxy tab 2 p3100 would replaced that ipad mini for a Year or Two.

I already got the ipad mini 2 days ago, and it runs fabulous. Just wish if would accept regular phone simcards to make calls.

I don't have apple re-seller in my country (Libya-North africa), so If I bought the ipad mini cellular 4G with at&t carrier from USA through "store.apple.com", you think it will works with my 3G network? or at&t is locked and there is no way to use it outside USA??
