I think the bending issue on this one is as bad as the staingate issue of my just-bought MacBook Pro 2015. Everyone says you should buy the OG Retina MacBook Pro. After actually having it, I say "hell no", should have rather bought the more reliable (more expensive) MacBook Air 2018 with 3rd gen butterfly which is also supposed to be more reliable, and of course it has a proper anti glare coating.
What I learned from this: Buy reliable stuff, like with those iPads, the 2017 edition. Buy the Passat B5 instead of the facelift. Buy a LCD 4K TV which is brighter and much cheaper than an OLED. Get an iPhone 6s instead of some Chinese phone, but not the iPhone 6 because that is a POS. Some people call those listed products boring, but I personally think they are better for your health because they don't upset you with issues.

For 880 EUR device and cant connect to external HDD is ridiculous

This gives me flashbacks of the iPhone 6 Plus and bendgate. This iPad appears to have exactly the same issue. It's just way too thin to have any structure!

Wondering, 09 Nov 2018I was wondering does anyone even use the back camera on Ipa... moreOlder people often use it. People that see their iPad as their primary computing device, and their phone only as an accessory for WhatsApp and calls. Moreover, you can't just take it away because then, comments like "2018: they remove the camera, 2019: they remove the display, 2020: they sell you an empty box" arise.

Jack, 11 Nov 2018It's using li-po battery, not li-ion like they used in ipad... moreIt's basically the same, nothing to care about. It always switches between Li-ion and Li-po because, as I said, it's the same.

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2018Lol, it's huge: https://twitter.com/stevesi/status/10572874... moreiPad survived mainly because of the support of the application developers. iOS apps on iPad are actually of better quality - they're optimized very well thanks to the app devs. As for the android tabs, many (if not most) developers don't even mind making high quality tablet version of their apps. Even a high powered Android tab gives you a mediocre experience because of the apps. Many of those apps are just quick ports of their respective mobile version. People only buy android tabs due to larger screen. People buy iPad because of better functions. iPad is trying to bridge the gap between mobile and laptop, although I gotta say MS Surface is doing that. And I'm saying this as an Android phone user.

I was wondering does anyone even use the back camera on Ipad? Seems like not needed feature

The raw power in this 5 mm device is breath taking.. my Alienware's display lid is thicker than this tablet

It's not Apple's problem that the rest simply gave up. The tablet would had overtaken the laptop market if the rest of the manufacturers care to push it. For most people it's the ideal format for computing, not laptops.

It's actually sad that anyone but Apple seems to have tunnel vision in regards the future of technology. People want one thing and the give them another losing immense sales in the process... oh well.

No 3.5mm headphone jack no microSD card slot no fingerprint sensor no macOS only one usb c port overpriced.

This chipset is a BEAST !

Since the market of the tablets is so small right now, this is the best tablet you can buy.
