I Have this particular ipad... its not a dissapointment but i wanted the M1 but this only 6gb??? My phone is 12gb ram but it cant handle cod on ultra graphics

This is best iPad right now value wise. It’s CPU is more than powerful enough to manage any task and it has the same display as the 11 inch 2021 iPad.

I've came across this 3 iPads in my place on sale currently for the following prices:
1) iPad Air 4th Gen 64GB - USD 555
2) 11" iPad Pro (2020) 128GB - USD 666
3) 11" iPad Pro (2021) M1 128GB - USD 780
Which one should I go for?
Is the A14 bionic on iPad Air more powerful than the A12Z bionic on the iPad pro 2020?
Apart from M1 chipset, any other major difference between iPad pro 2020 and 2021?

The Ipad Pro 2020 has a design similar to the Ipad Pro 2018, with a noticeable addition to it: a rear camera with a lens (12 MP wide lens and ultra-wide 10 MP), which can be used to scan documents quite well. But some people might not use it to scan documents because of the large size of the machine. The next part is the front camera that uses video to get very beautiful images. I tried recording using the Ipad's built-in microphone and found the noise cancellation sound quite good. As for the processor, I tried graphics-heavy games such as Genshin Impact (full render) that could run smoothly, but encountered an issue with the engine overheating, while the multi-core processor was also able to run. It is very good as well. Part of the device that the device has is a lidar scanner, like an AR system, but I rarely use it. Using apple pencil 2, which is used in conjunction with it, is still the fastest response on any tablet that has been tried out. It is also used for a long time and can charge the pen quickly. The screen portion has been improved. But personally, that I tried to use, I felt no different from the original. The last part is the device of the Ipad, when I use it, I find that the device is quite thin. It can bend sometimes if it is stacked in a bag with a lot of stuff or poor handling. Therefore, we have to be careful in use.
All in all, this iPad can do a lot of different tasks. Even though it is a class that featured a pen, a multi-core operation (multi-window operation), a pretty good recording, but there are still some areas that need to be adjusted accordingly. It was described earlier. Overall, the performance is very good.
