iPhone and Blackberry devices have such longevity and toughness to them. These phones last. I never got the first iPhone but was always intrigued by it. I had an LG Viewty at the time to counter the first iPhone in 2008. The camera and a few small features were about the only edge over the iPhone which was fine with me

nothing is better than ios. Android looks interesting but the phones give a headache after few months. processor slows down, even 2 gb ram is not enough. its just lags and phone hangs. also the battery degrades too much. even an older iphone is better than android.

the android phone receive usually 2 updates, and the iphone 5 years (see the iphone 4S) of free updates, no need antivirus, no need restart your iphone every day, more secure, etc, etc, etc, I will never buy android again..

1. OS. they run different operation systems.
2. Versatility. iPhone is only 1 brand while android got above 250 if not more brands.
3. Openness. Android is WAY opener than iOS.

Still using an 8GB iPhone 1 as a backup phone. Bought it used (second hand) for a project about 5 years ago. Still works fine, except I left it in the glove box of my car a year or two ago during a heat wave, which damaged the screen. Nice to use for texting and simple games, such as Angry Birds 1. Battery still lasts a few days.
