for example, there had been no icon for contact (all alone), a fix was aval in the installer, after installation it was ok.
if u push eye icon in customise, the eye icons will be highlighted at the left side of the icons in customise. it should show up, try restarting the phone.
again if u have installed some software of 1.1.1 version, it will install ok, but will not show up as icon in 112/113 version. check that pls

could it be due to the summerboard themes?
that it limits the icons?

i have version 1.1.2 otb.
i looked and re-ordered the icons in customize, but still doesnt work...
however, in customize. some recently installed programs, i cant see the program icon itself
if u know wt i mean. i can see the eye in front of it tho.

when i used 1.1.1 fw i could go up to 5 pages, now with 1.1.3 fw i have nine pages of icons. there should be no limit of icons. there are some softwares that after installation do not show up. ok, if u r using 1.1.1, try installing customise, then open it, then push the icon on the right top (looks like an eye), u will see that icon behind the name of the application. close customise, u now should see the icon. if not install the bug fixex if aval.
that should show up all the icons. however, for 1.1.3 these bugfix are not available yet

sound is not a problem,it's pretty loud. if u r in fw 1.1.3, just install volume boost 1.1.2/1.1.3 from installer. enjoy loud sound

finally Ive got an Iphone... Its cool , its fast , its stable its pretty ok. But the the finest sensation is that you have a Mac in your pocket. Actually I think that this is what makes Iphone so special, because otherwise, you cannot compare to my exquisite N 82 ...
and from time to time, when you talk or surf the net a lot , the battery got Warm-( sounds familiar, doesn't it ?)
but its a very nice try, especially when you are on the web.

u dont need to buy any software for ur iphone. get connected to internet via ur service provider or wi-fi of ur pc/mac. find installer button from the desktop of ur fone, press it, refresh and find a host of software displayed. chose and install.

hi anas,
i tried to find out such softwares but could not. whatever available in the site, some how rather u got buy.
i forgot to answer one of ur ques. FW 1.1.1 of iphone is good and stable, u may continue with that. i upgraded my one to 1.1.3 and found no difference excepct replacing of icons on the display just by pushing. 1.1.1 has more software in the internet.
if u want to at all upgrade, then do it from the itunes. total file size is 162 mb. a slow computer/connection would take hours.
my one i did with download speed 30 kpbs and took 62 mins. if u r successful in upgrading, the do the unlock, activation and jailbreak in about 2.5 mins. i will assist u in doing so.

Hi! I have been Reading a lot about iphone version 1.1.4 lately. Some claim it shall be out with the sdk, some say it shall facility like bluetooth transfer, some say message forwarding option is coming. However its not very clear. Does anyone know the confirmed details on the features the new version shall have & when shall it be released by apple.
