SE 23 don't bother with those Iphone haters, they are looser not worth wasting time and effort for.
Focus on Apple shares they will go up 20 % between now and End of Jan 08, they have sold FIVE million Iphones and signing important contracts for movie rentals with Twenty Century Fox, that you will download on the Iphone, Nokia is REALLY WORRIED !!

but with the technolagy do you not think tjey could have still incorparated this? look at other phones that have got all this and more i.e the lg viewty?

The phone is great to use. It is so easy and the screen is fantastic.
the problems I personally have is
1) not 3g or hsdpa which is a big problem considering the full hsdpa of handset when out and not in wifi area.
2) no 3 meg camera minimum or flash
3) no video recorder.
4) not send group texting
Obviously Apple had to start somewhere and I am sure these problems will be rectified in the next generation of IPhone but overall its a great phone which shows a lot of promise for future generations from Apple.

Firstly jay jay I apologise for getting personal, not like me...
1st Nokia and lg phone i dont know, had a nokia 2110 back in 1994 cost me about 300 quid even back then, was supposed to be the rolls royce of mobile phones back then...
Your right to a degree but.... The good thing with an iphone is that you can just go and buy the thing without signing up for a contract in a shop, I payed 30 quid to get it unlocked so basically 300sih for an iphone with no contract is`nt too bad business in my eyes....

" and the iphone is useless " Pity millions worldwide don`t agree with you there! Also remember the iphone won best device of 2007 in numourous publications, and to think that was on apples 1st attempt! Nokia have been in the business for donkeys years and still can`t device a phone with the wow factor, fair enough the N95 has lots of features but it doesn`t really look that nice and certainly is`nt a head turner.

The iphone browser is useless??? er it might not have java or flash as of yet but its by far a better browser than any other phone full stop! ... Nokia browsers look and feel like wap sites, juddery movement, outdated and simply very unpleasant to use. You can use the iphone browser for hours and actually enjoy the experience, other phones especially nokia are absolutely rubbish for the internet....

grrr! the N95 is made out of magnesium, its NOT plastic!!
and the iphone is useless. Its music capibilities are short. The browswer is useless (no flash or java??!) and it just generally doesnt do anything.

verizon wireless lg voyager look's like iphone but blow's iphone away. It has built in gps says in commercial. Opens up for querty and another screen.

i had the n95 phone which i must have had a good one, i upgraded to the iphone to find the bluetooth file sharing poor,but the phone is an good phone, wiating for some software to come out to let me forware text,files and so on..

iPhone is the Paris Hilton of cell phones. Can turn heads, is fun to use, & can be touched all over. Got one for my 13yo bro. Will wait for the 2nd or 3rd gen of this phone since it doesn't satisfy my current needs other than it has the best UI and internet browsing for a phone at this time.

hear hear well said common sense.
No doubt in the days to follow apple will allow other carriers access to their hardwear but for now the iphone is exclusive and will remian so

You are not suppose to be able to unlock the phone, that's why you have so much difficulty trying to do so. Hence the exclusive to AT&T! Your choice as a consumer starts and ends with wanting to use this device. The manufacturer (apple) and the exclusive carrier partner they chose to work with (at&t) have every right as businesses to maintain that exclusiveness. At the end of the day these are not non-profit companies they are around to make money. Yes they want to provide excellent customer service, but only as far as running an effective and business and maximizing profit. Something you would do if you owned your own business. All you want to do is cry about wanting to use phones on any carrier, you might as well cry about having to pay for phones and monthly service too while you're at it, you obviously have no understanding of why a business exists in the first place and you probably never will.
