Really like the new iphone but dunno if it really makes sense by introducing a phone sans 3G and a better quality camera....No FM tuner either.....Apple products r amazin but 599 for a phone without all this....May b a tad too much.....the next version of iphone will b the one to watch out for....

Beautiful but no 3g. Why? i think US customers are the latest taster of the latest IT technology. No wonder Treos are so so product.

I have been using NOKIA all those while. No more. I guess the R&D team better do some thing. Bec the design has been outdated & SonyEricsson & Samsung is doing a good jobs. Now it come Apple iPhone. Nokia soon will be place trying to catch up. Bec lately Nokia phone nothing innovative. New model but so what function same design nothing new.

I got to try out this phone for 3 days! Oh my gosh! It is the best phone ever!!! It may be a bit pricey but its so cool

The touch screen features are great and the memory size is ample for a phone but what is the point of making a phone that is internet oriented but not making it UMTS or HSDPA? The data speeds will be terrible.

N95 is still way better, cant beleive its not 3g:S and only 2mp.....but good memory but i bet this will be DRM infested!!!!

the best phone ever?? please..re-read all the details you're saying! it doesn't even have half of the features other phones have, mind even not being a 3G!!! this is apple's first phone, can't be the best ever.

the only thing i dont get is how do u txt message on a iphone? it doesn't have a keyboard.

To Alpha: I'm not surprised if you didnt owned any ipod or mac books hahahahah...
I'm not saying the iphone is not good, no doubt it is a superb device something i would want in a split sec but i agree with Patrick i would stay from this iphone right now and wait for second or third generation iphone...

this is one pretty phone, whats disheartening is that that fact it lacks G3 & only has a 2maga pix cam. without these features the phone is so mediocre. well no ones person & so is no phone.

Wow Mac OSX on Iphone is crappy? you must be psychic since the phone is NOT OUT YET. Screen resolution not high enough? What do you expect from a palm sized phone? Lack of 3G? Apple first phone and you guys starting to whine. Give it time bro. In three years time, Apple could actually surpassed Nokia
I would say this phone would set a new benchmark in phone industry like the mp3 players but the build quality is questionable.

I have information that leads me to know that yes while this may be an amazing phone, like all apple devices they are not designed to last, the screen scratches very easily and the viewability under direct sun light is poor also the hard drive is very faulty at this stage of the build of the iPhone as well as this, this is the first phone Apple have released please be warned i would recommend staying away from a entry market product and wait for the iPhone 2 :)
