I have seen many 500+ ppi ph... moreYou make me laugh funboy, that thing only matter if you got huge panel let say more then 1m so you can compare 1080 to 4k and 8k but for such small device 5-6 inch putting 4k display and 90hz powerful soc and graphics will drain the battery in 30 min, why p30 pro is using 1080 resolution? Will tell you now, because most of the people can’t see much of a difference but it will be huge impact of the battery, but anyway 11 pro max has blows all away display, pictures, night mode everything and just wait for the deep fusion to see and compare then.

I got the Note 10+ and this one as an upgrade from my XS Max. Visual changes on the iphone are hardly noticeable especially having the phone on a case. But, the extra camera, better photography options and especially the noticeably increased battery life did it for me.
Samsung has a more pleasing - aesthetically - result but still Android OS is behind in terms of OS applications and apps. Apple has locked a lot of its consumers because of the iOS, the polished environment iOS offers and exclusive iOS apps like Omnifocus that develop around the Apple environment.

I have seen many 500+ ppi phones in my life, and it is easy to pick up individual pixels on most of them, partly because of the subpixel arrangement they are using. If that quote about 4K really is from displaymate, then they lose all credibility anyway. 4K has about 4 times as many details as Full HD. Many phones are able to record in 4K, but it is impossible to watch all of the detail in the video on a non-4K phone. Claiming that there would be no visual benefit in 4K is ridiculous. Obviously displaymate is not independent and they are biased.

Displaymate have reviewed oneplus pro 7 too. And new iPhone is just better.

It’s not washed out, the colours look very realistic and natural and none of the single colours aren’t popping out. The screen looks very balanced. You clearly don’t do graphics or editing photos. Because if you do you never know how they look with different screens because what you edit looks already wrong. If your photos already look very punchy, you might to want to tone it down a little bit, but in reality you are just making your photo look washed out, because it already was punchy. Apple is all about making screen as natural as possible, some others might want to give your unnatural punchy colours, i personally hate typical OLED screens colours, especially the red colour which always pop out way too much.
You are now talking your own opinion, but the fact is that the new iPhone Pro has best screen in the market by measurement and compared to what perfect screen should be.
If you prefer unrealistic screen it’s ok. I’m photographer and photo editing guy and for me the screen need to look as natural as possible, so when i edit the photo i know it looks very good in every screen.

Is anyone confirm about the RAM in iPhone 11 pro max. Because in market there is 2 iPhone 11 pro max with 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM. I am a bit confused, which one is genuine?

First of all, as far as I know, displaymate barely reviews any smartphone screens apart from iPhones and Samsung, what makes their display rankings kinda ridiculous since iPhone 11 Pro Max screen is manufactured by Samsung aswell anyway. Secondly, I do not care what they say because obviously the iPhone 11 Pro Max display is not the best. There is a huge notch. You can easily pick up individual pixels with your eyes because of low ppi. It is impossible to watch videos in legit 1440p because of low resolution.
Moreover, the colors look washed-out when compared with the competition, meaning that the iPhone 11 Pro Max is in my opinion not really taking advantage of OLED technology, yet still the screen is suffering from PenTile matrix arrangement and pulse width modulation.
For me, the three best displays on the market right now are:
Sony Xperia 1 (4K resolution, 10 bit equivalent color depth)
OnePlus 7 Pro (1440p resolution, 90Hz screen refresh rate)
Asus ROG Phone II (1080p resolution, 120Hz screen refresh rate)

You probably have not seen ... moreThe display is from Samsung but the calibration and optimisation is from apple and for me apple provide more natural realistic colours, the same applies for the pictures Samsung is more saturated witch is totally fine for some users as a personal preference, but the ram management you saw probably it was because of the new version of ios, now am using 13.1.2 and there is no such a thing the phone is blazing fast.
