turn off background data refresh for non-essential apps
turn off privacy options (lots of them in the menus)
turn off bluetooth (I assume not needed non-stop)
deactivate camera/mic/file permissions for apps that don't need it
switch celular to 4G instead of 5G (5G in many countries is worse than 4G)
set mail app to update every 30min/1h not continuously

the only difference it's the telephoto, the optical zoom.
just get the regular, i never ever used the optical zoom.
waste of money.
