bruh u mean more garbage and bloatware thats makes the phone feels slow and takes up storage, also one UI is power hungry that affect performance and battery
iOS is more optimized and clean but lack of customization and very strict (which is the reason why i dont use iPhones)
im going for oneplus with clean near stock android with oxygen OS with useful features

Dylan Gunpath, 10 May 2021This is a terrible phone when you compare it to an S20 FE. ... moreOops! I accidentally touched the submit button so here's more. The iPhone 12 doesn't have a high refresh rate screen. Its stuck at 60hz. This is absolutely unacceptable considering that the Galaxy S20 FE has a 120hz display. Also that notch. Some people may like it cause of face ID, but here's the thing. We are in a pandemic where we wear masks. However, there's no such thing as Mask ID. Maybe it will get added soon, but right now, people have to take off their masks to unlock it quickly, or have to use the PIN. Also there is no charger. Not a big deal of you have an older iPhone, but for some people, they have to pay for a charging brick. Not that big of a deal for most people. However, the charging speeds is 5 watts compared to 15 watts on the S20 FE. Also most people have a 5 watt iPhone charger. Now we're back to the important stuff. The battery on the iPhone 12 is not all day. While the S20 FE does have an all day life at 120hz. Now for the similarities. Both phones have 5G, stereo speakers, high class performance with the iPhone 12 being slightly better, 1080p display, OLED display, and more. There is also a noticeable size difference too. The iPhone 12 is 6.1 inches while the S20 FE is 6.5 inches. One more thing, One UI has a lot of settings you can use to make the phone better. IOS also has settings, but most of them are for tweaking small things. In conclusion, the Galaxy S20 FE is a vastly superior phone to the iPhone 12. However, there is more. The Galaxy S21, the Galaxy A52 5G, the Galaxy A72 5G, and most of all, a Galaxy S21 FE coming later this year. The iPhone 13 pro will have a smaller notch and 120hz. Perhaps Mask ID? Overall, I would say this: If you are looking to get a new iPhone, please hold on till the iPhone 13 pro comes out. Or you can get the Galaxy S21 FE when it comes out. This is my honest review of the iPhone 12.

This is a terrible phone when you compare it to an S20 FE.
Let's start with cameras. The iPhone 12 has 2 cameras. Wide and ultra wide. The photos and videos are great, as well in night. but it fails on everything else to the S20 FE. The extra telephoto camera for excellent zoom and portrait shots. Much more camera modes compared to a way too simple approach to Apple. Better Slo-mo quality plus super Slo-mo. The photos and videos are similar to iPhone 12, as well in the night. but combined with the telephoto camera and extra things make the S20 FE'S camera system superior to the iPhone 12. But this is only the cameras we're talking about. Next is the software. I know that IOS appeals to a lot more people, but coming from a note 9 user, who has used good lock 2020, I think IOS is too simple. Even IOS 14 doesn't help. You can't change the icon size on IOS. But on One UI, you can change the icon size. One UI also has a really powerful app called Nicelock. It allows you to customize your phone to the next level using modules you can download from APKMirror. IOS doesn't have that level of customization Erich is a bummer

Phonies, 07 May 2021Hello friend The iPhone 12 does have lower pwm frequency w... moreI never noticed it for more than 2 years in my Note 8 and i was not knowing about PWM thing as well but I started feeling after buying iPhone 12 and as soon as i came to know about it during a Review video or something like that, the effect became pronounced for me and started noticing it regularly and it exists as a matter of fact. But I think that higher PWM as generally said above 250hz is normally not noticeable to most of the people therefore i also didn’t notice it on note 8. Apple should do something may be some software update to reduce this effect otherwise people like me who want to keep an iPhone have to waste their money by initially buying iPhone 12 in ignorance and later selling it at a loss and buying iPhone 11.

The iPhone 12 does have lower pwm frequency which makes it noticeable to users like you
the iPhone 11 is LCD and does not have PWM
the iPhone 11 Pro (which uses OLED) has higher PWM frequency(The higher the better) than note 8 so you will even experience lower eyestrain but the iPhone 11 Pro Max (also OLED) does have lower PWM frequency than note 8 (almost 12hz lower than note 8)

Guys I have shifted from Samsung Note 8 to iPhone 12 and feeling eye strain more than that of Note 8. After watching the videos on PWM of iPhone the effect is more pronounced may be added psychological effect. So was thinking to sell out my iPhone 12 and buy iPhone 11. Did a lot of research on Internet as well but wanted to ask if someone is using both iPhone 12 & 11 side by side that whether this effect will reduce if I shift to iPhone 11 or not? Mainly this PWM flickering is more pronounced in low light conditions and since i am a heavy user rather mobile addict so feeling it more. Need advice should I switch to iPhone 11 or not ? As I don’t want to keep android as my primary device otherwise I had shortlisted Xiaomi Poco X3 pro and Mi 10T as well for my eye comfort…..

I suggest that you try them side by side in the shop and decide then. Also I may be stuck with Samsung as I have a Samsung watch which is also amazing but would not pair well with an iphone.

Before I'm using S9 plus, I'm using my Samsung S9 plus for almost 3 years and I switch to iPhone 12 recently and its my firs time using iPhone. I'm happy to say that I'm very happy that I switch to iPhone because when it comes to battery life its better than my S9, way better. For games I play Mobile Legends, Wild Rift, Call of duty and PUBG and I max the graphic settings and I'm surprised about the outcome. I don't experience FPS drop or lag, very smooth and good battery life. I'm using Samsung for 9 years and I will never go back to Samsung anymore. Good phone, good camera, god battery and the best part is the interface of the phone, very smooth. If your a Samsung user and you try to use iPhone, you will never go back to Samsung anymore LOL

I am no expert when it comes to gaming on phones, but I would recommend at least testing on someone else's phone first, just in case you hate the experience.

samsung phones are generally very good so I would probably try and install something that is on both platforms, then you can side by side test.

I cannot recommend a phone as it's not my money and it's not my choice, sorry I cannot help in that regard
