Hello all,
So i finally gathered the courage to switch from Android to iOS.
I bought the iPhone 12 Japanese variant since the LLA variant was not available.
However, when taking photos, the camera makes a shutter sound.
Since am new to iPhone, i do not know where to find the option to deactivate the sound.
Looking for expert advise on how i can completely stop the shutter sound

my one week old iphone 12 screen freezes while watching youtube videos but the sound is still on going. Any fix on this or should I ask for a replacement?

Been an android user for past 5 years, considerin... moreFor the price the iphone 12 is great for the price ( if you prefer ios ) its a big change from android to ios, so expect to lose many features so beware of that. And all of it is prett much the same
Cameras are ok
Baterry life is a concern
But performance is a big jump.
So its up yo you if you want to switch.
(Note im not an isheep i am an android user)

One is from my tablet 10w and the other one is from my wife’s iPhone 18w! My battery health is still 100%

I have been a parallel user of both iOS and android since many years. But the level of maturity and security iOS has android would never have (of course it can have but the developers themselves dont want it). Iphone 12 is a real improvement over its predecessors in many terms specially the battery. I am still unable to understand how apple has managed to give such a good battery life with a 6.1 inch OLED display

Go ahead with that change. I was in the same situation than you...Android user form more than 10 years and reluctant to switch to iPhone because specs are always better in top of the range Android phones. Once you've changed to iPhone, you'll realise that you don't need the latest processor or more than 8GB in RAM to run smoothly. Indeed, if you check the rankings, Apple processors always stand out. The only downside was that I lost my chats on whatsapp (you can email yourself a copy, though).
As for updates, you're backed up for at least 5 years. The only Android maker that can guarantee something similar is Google with its Pixel phones: however, Google only sells its phones in selected countries.

Hi All,
I'm from India, been an android user for past 10 years, considering switching to iPhone 12 because of privacy options of iOS. but is it worth the price tag (Rs.85k) or is it better to go for s21+ with Exynos 2100 (no 888 here in India). would be my big step to switch from android to iOS. Need you precious inputs here. Thanks
