Maybe it's just me, but I find it quite funny/ironic that Chinese companies have always copied Apple's rather atrocious designs (not a fan of curves), yet when Apple releases the much sleeker looking iPhone 12, Chinese OEMs do not seem interested in copying anymore. So far every Chinese OEM is just sticking with the same design from 1 year ago.
I mean, I would love to see an Android phone with those 90-degree squared off sides (it's an old design but I like it). That's mainly the reason why I made that comment. I am all for team Android of course, but man do I love the 12's design.

I don't exactly know how they manage to do it, but I guess a little bit of both software & hardware tweaking.
Ok.. and speaking of iphone 12, it's a good device.
Well it looks rather good, nice weight, big cameras so and so.
I helped somebody in my family buy one (even though I would not buy one for myself).
As for family, I respect their opinion rather than saying too much, lol

it still has no issue about performance
but I'm sure it will start showing the sign of aging, because other apps will demand higher performance even though the OS itself is still fine
same same with iphones, except you may receive security update a bit longer

Because I am an active user and used to have iphones in past, but didn't last for that long.
The more update you receive for your old device, it will get slower (after 3-4 yrs).
When they say good to continuously receive update, they're talking about security, but not about performance.
They DO last for like 2 yrs if you change battery, yes.
So that's almost the same with other devices around.
Generally, any phone will age as you use more frequently though

Seems to me that my phone has better specs then these shitty iPhones that were just released. Battery ram , camera, storage space, my Chinese phone outperforms the Apple iPhone 12, and it's not even a p40 pro. I used to own trash iPhones and then I realized apple phones and there endless new models is the biggest scam. People forget pretty fast that Apple has purposely made old devices obsolete and attacked there own customers battery life. It's crazy people are so quick to get behind a company that has been behind them bending them over for years.

If you wanna sync, you could use one of huawei phones and it would sync easily on PC or notebook by using hicare app.
Maybe Sammy is another option, but personally I never liked their phone and app (overpriced too).
Or just get a used iphone.

So if anybody does a lot of video and photo, then this device is the right choice for you
But for other normal things, just about any other devices are about the same (unless you're looking at benchmark score more than daily usage)
