It’s very sad that this is still the lightest 6.1 inch iPhone and that newer models are heavier. The successors are 174, 172 and 171 grams respectively and the iPhone 16 is rumored to be 172. The best feeling iPhone ever was the iPhone 6 and it weighed just 129 grams.

If you have money, iPhone 13 Pro Max is the best price/performance ratio now. If not, the iPhone 11 Pro Max is still a good option for another 2 years. The battery is much better than iPhone 12, even than iPhone 12 Pro Max. And the price is in the same category as iPhone 12.
Of course, I am talking about second hand phones. If you want only new iPhone, than your best pick will be iPhone 14 Plus. If you want to switch to smaller iPhone, then iPhone 13 will be best (price/performance wise).

Traded ... moreTrue, this doesn't have a good battery, if you are heavy user. But, is the same with all 12 line-up (12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max).
Still, is very good phone for someone who wants to enter in IOS for the first time or is casual user. Is much better than its predecessor, the iPhone 11.
You can find good iPhone's 12 in second hand market for 350-370EUR (90%+ battery health and 6-12 months warranty).
For someone who has some extra money, I recommend iPhone 13. Similar phone in some ways, but much better battery, even in heavy usage.

The iphone 12 is not worth it in 2023, its still a good phone but it won't be getting ios 17.2, and said, sammsungs regular s23 fe is a cheap phone with good performance and it is more worth it than this in 2023.
Also 4gb of ram wont hold your back for the best preformance especially because the iphone 15 series has 2x more ram than this thing

Your Highness, 21 Nov 2023So I have been Samsung galaxy user all my life, now, I am c... moreJust stick to Samsung,after all the s24 ultra will be launched in like a month time or so,iphone 12 ain't worth it in 2024 also apples battery's are ass and tend to degrade easily with time,if you really need an iPhone that badly I'll advice you to get either the 13 promax,14 promax,14plus,15 plus or the 15 promax,the regular models and pro models have terrible battery otherwise I think you should just get an s23u or wait for the s24 series 😊
