I own it for a month now and I can say It is a superb phone. Design is so good and it is crime to use case on it. Also, battery life is much better in comparison to iPhone X. All in all was a great decision to switch from iPhone X to iPhone 12 Pro

          My first iPhone (12 Pro) and i got disappointed by the camera quality.
          My previous phones, Xperia Z2 and Xiaomi Mi8 have the save camera quality in good light conditions while costing several times less.
          Im a simple mortal human, not a photographer, so i never take photos with a tripod, this means all my phones have to deal with handshaking and motion.
          1. In good light - Z2 had no problem catching the action (i mean a kid who can never sit still), the Mi8 and iPhone however is struggling very much doing the same. The kid is always blurred out, because of motion.
          2. Poor light (A 14 square meter room with a 2400 lumen of lighting) - Z2 did not do a good thing in these conditions, thats why i bought Mi8, thats why i bought iPhone. Just to find out, that neither Mi8, neither iPhone do good in such conditions. And this time i'm not talking about motion. I wish it did good job at least with a still scene.
          Mi8 over smoothens the image - so it loses the texture details.
          iPhone over sharpens the image - it kind of retains the texture, but everything else become so unnatural. Viewing my kids skin on the taken photo can clearly see the "waves" of colors, which makes it look like it is a jpeg image with max compression and minimum quality preset. Also iphone makes colors a bit overdramatic.


          overall i am really disapointed in camera quality. I would consider this quality of camera to be in phones costing around 300-500 eur.

          I have taken some videos with the iphone, but had not analyzed them yet.

            Superb phone. Don’t believe all these bs comments. If there was a problem with your phone apple would fix it fast, as they had done on my previous iPhone. Coming from iPhone 11 Pro not a massive upgrade but with extra ram along with more storage and improvements on the camera especially in low light, I’m more than happy with my iPhone 12 pro.

              New iphone 12 max suddenly will not charge although I have two different chargers and extra lightning cables. I'm in the province so it's all day trip back to seller. Seller does back room magic, returns saying problem was I inserted the lightning cable upside down. My BS meter goes off the scale. I know this was NOT the problem. Also, I have a topnotch OTTERBOX CASE for my iphone 12 which is also advertised as "waterproof." Next, my waterproof iphone, protected with a waterproof Otterbox case, living in my dry pants pocket, suddenly will not charge again! Why? The error message is "Liquid detected in the lightning connector." Once again my BS meter goes off the charts. SO SORRY I BOT IPHONE 12. BIG EXPENSIVE TIME BURNING MISTAKE. HOPE THIS IS NOT YOU, TOO.

                  Very disappointed this time. I returned the iPhone 12Pro and went back to 11Pro.
                  Too expensive , no charger and headphone and bad battery life, I really believe that Apple should reconsider the price target especially nowadays .

                    Just returned my iPhone 12 pro after only 2 weeks purechase
                    The wireless charging was not working
                    Spoke to the Apple technician who indicated this is happening regularly

                      I'd rather a sensor was 1 inch with max 12mp , for a good size pixel site.

                      64/108mp is overkill for a sucky little sensor, if you're fine with so so fine detail and not really doing much with your images, then any camera will do....but pixel binning is and will always be rubbish

And they pretty much made the entire iphone keynote a verizon 5G ad so ya. even AT&T wont stop talking about them having the thing lol

The phones internals is the most powerful ever in a phone mainly cus it works differently than the snapdragons and kirins of the world where it has power efficiency cores to help battery life. It is more power efficient than any other chip out there. 8K video is just a gimmick because it won't look that good anyway considering that most phones that record that kind of video only have either 1440p or 1080p displays. refresh rate is something that would be nice but how many people do u think actually care other than enthusiasts. This is as close as u will get to having a "perfect" phone. And this is coming from an android user who is this close to switching to iOS.

Battery life is not an issue for me. So i have both android and iphone together. my android phones that i still used are Huawei Mate 9 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s. you will feel premium feelings for the flagship phone. Just buy with plan instead of cash.

                                    A couple days ago I switched to the 12 pro from the X and I’m pleasantly surprised at the improvements. At first I was a bit hesitant to switch, especially considering the price, but now I have no regrets at all.
                                    The camera is much much better, the phone is faster and the battery lasts almost two days with normal usage.
                                    The design looks really good and I was torn between the blue and the graphite. But in the end I ended up picking the graphite and I’m honestly in love with the way it looks and feels in the hand. So far I’m more than pleased.

                                      the reason for this release is just to increase the price, too expensive for no features
