Don't even get upset, apple really wants you to, they do it again and a again, the notch, the headphone jack, the cameras, the prices.
They will get away with it all and post record profits yet again.
Make use of the intelligence that you were given for once and desist, you either want the phone or not, if you don't just buy what you want and forget about this, people like you are one of the main reasons apple sells their phones so well.

Apple seems to be getting in the thieving business modules, where they are removing basic accessories from the box - the charging cord is now lightening to C-port - and they are not providing the socket, only the cable which forces consumers to buy the socket as hardly anyone would be holding a C-port wall socket, the whole world uses USB sockets even in car chargers. Also they have removed the headphones from the box, so now when we go to the gym, probably Apple wants us to use speakers !!!
Just goes to say, apple is now using environment and carbon footprint as an excuse to force consumers to buy the basic accessories for an additional cost.
Going to look at the tech, I suppose the innovations and visionary pride of owning an Apple is no more the case, it feels like holding a Chinese cheap knock off, for extremely premium pricing...
The legacy of Apple's innovations seems to have Rested in Peace along with Steve Jobs...

Where in the stats of the phone does it hint towards a fast-draining battery? I've looked through it thrice and haven't found anything like that. Unless you're talking about the charging time for it to get from 0% to 50% of 30 minutes?

I don’t really get why every time apple releases their new iPhone , a bunch of android users start criticizing it.. saying that X, Y & Z companies have better phones on the market with more powerful GPUs, battery, camera etc etc. But at the end, this new iPhone with less gpu, camera megapixels and RAM easily beats any smartphone on the market. Just relax dudes, if you guys don’t like iPhones, why are you always following Apple? I don’t see Apple users criticizing or saying anything about smartphones from other companies. It’s like no matter what, Androids users will always envy Apple. That attitude let us know it. I have always been an Apple user because I like iPhones, they are the most powerful, fastest and with the best camera on the market (my opinion), and I don’t even waste my time searching about other smartphones. I have an iPhone XS Max and iPhone 6s, the rest of my family is android user with Xiaomi and Samsung galaxy phones, and i am always making of fun of their phones because they are Slow and even my iPhone 6s (2015) takes better photos than these new smartphones with 999 rear cameras of 999999 MP lol.

Nothing new unfortunately I think that the season where we used to see huge improvements over previous models are over. For some years now it’s been just minimal improvements. Apple could have easily come up with a new design. But decided to stick to the old iPhone 4 design.
I am not a camera fan and since I purchased the 8Plus in 2017 it’s only now that I want to upgrade. It’s just been camera improvements. Guys I guess that season is over. The only reason I am upgrading now it’s because of 5G.
