But it's a different story with Iphone 11 Pro Max and Iphone 12 Pro Max.

After 5/6 days with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, I must say i like it. coming from my iPhone X, this device BIG! The battery life for me is decent (around whole day use with heavy youtube, social media and messaging) I'm yet to try the Magsafe charger but heard great news regarding that (I know it's slower than what other android devices offer).

you should go back and ask for a new device thats what I did.
just to give you a glimpse,
I ran antutu as soon as I got mine got a super low score such as 545000 while the upper backside of the phone almost exploded.besides where I live southeast Asia, we got the fastest 5G speeds on this planet which drain my initial unit inside out.
evidently, I have returned my device and showed what happened to the guys on Apple store and they provided me with a new unit guess what happened, I run antutu on the spot result, 655000 unbelievable but it happens.
So don't know what kind of a deal you are on but you should take your device back.
ps: for the love of all the haters and fruitlovers I had kept all the data and screenshots can be provided if asked. cheers !

I got mine from Online Apple store they deliver yesterday since I started the phone is coming very warm in my hand quickly heating I don't know why, should I go to Apple sotore or all are the same even I turn off the 5g
