If you can make it at 5.8-5.9 inch screen size, with max 70mm width, thickness is ok at 7.7, then of course you do not need mini, otherwise it's too big for smaller hands, pockets etc.
Then of course it makes sense to make a 6.8 Max model, but 6.1 with 6.7 and > 70mm width is not covering a lot of people

I love thes phone but no funds to purchase 😞.....the battery capacity and the functions of the phone are good....the 13 is the best

I bet if Samsung or Xiaomi didn't innovate every year, you would call their phones boring. Don't try to hide it, Apple (as Marques) said recycling their phone designs signals a lack of incentive for me.
I'll tell you what's good about having 'new' devices every year, that means you have even more choice, as to if you want to get an old flagship or a new midranger. Say you want to get an S10 with a horizontal camera array, or a Oneplus 7 Pro with pop up camera, or maybe a Redmi Note 10 Pro with 120 Hz, or Oppo Find X3 with 65W fast charging.
Don't worry, we're not rich either, we don't buy phones every year, but that doesn't mean we don't appreciate innovation. If companies barely innovated every year, then LG (RIP) wouldn't have made a multitouch phone until 2012, or a quad core until 2014.

I like that they improved the battery. Other than that, it's the same as iPhone 12. The only improvement they achieved in the past 1 year was better battery? So innovative! Can't wait for Apple to release the same phone 2 years in a row but just with different colors. I think they are already testing this slowly last year by releasing purple iPhone 12 later and now releasing the same phone with just a better battery and useless visual adjustments(camera to the right, and smaller notch).

Initially I did notice disappointments in case of screen quality (because my earlier device was 2K quad HD resolution and iP13 has a Full HD+ resolution) But after certain tweaks, I am able to get sufficiently better display. & nowadays, 90 Hz and 120 Hz is a trend, but trust me, the way iP 13 software is implemented, you will feel the experience to be really snappy. Hope my opinion helps you in deciding

The notch is too tall on the iphone 13 i dont like it i prefer the notch on previous iphones.
