I can not believe this, been waiting for one year just for this phone
to come out, only to realize that is not worth it
It’s really the iphone 12s not 13
really disappointed and I’m NOT going to waist my money on
the old phone, but I know they dont care, like they dont care about
putting a charger and earphones in the box.

If the iPhone 13 Pro is a drastic improvement, I say just go for it. iPhone 14 Pro won't have Touch ID either so you won't be missing out of major features if you simply skipped a year and bought the iPhone 15 Pro afterwards.

Considering either going for this 13 Pro or waiting for next year's 14 Pro. Don't know how the 14 Pro will look like so I'm wondering if going for the 13 Pro would be a mistake or not.
If I wait for the 14 Pro, I'll hope to see:
- USB-C port instead of lightning
- Touch ID to be featured back, though I prefer something other than the under-display ones (though I may not use it, just more flexibility)
- Faster charging (25W is already acceptable for me as I've never experienced higher than 21W)
I dislike punch hole cameras more than notches (if not larger than the 13 Pro's), but if the above upgrade is significant enough I may forgive the hole though
The 13 Pro already looks promising for me as I'm confident in Apple's stability (through my iPad Air 4) despite never owned an iPhone, but I still want to think deeper to make sure I've made a best choice.
p.s. now using the LG G8 which replaced the G6. The G8 is very solid for me and I'm very happy with it, but since LG has quit the smartphone business, I'm considering a replacement, not necessarily now, but should be within a year. Now some Android counterparts are still in my consideration but I'm open to an OS switch

Never had an iPhone before, but, I want to buy one ONLY if:
1) USB type-C
2) Minimum 4000 mAh battery
3) Underscreen fingerprint sensor
4) No ugly notch (or if you shrink it by 80% and not 20%)
5) Higher display-to-body ratio
Meet my criteria and you can take my $1100.00 (+tax) for the 256GB Pro model.
