After using Android for my whole life, the recent stuff from android has been kinda....lackluster and not quite what I'm looking for. The iPhones have started being more and more appealing to me from a spec, performance, battery life standpoint. In the US, the iPhones are cheaper than some of the comparable android models. If this trend continues I might seriously consider switching to iPhone as much as I don't want to.
My android phones used to last almost twice as long as my GF's iPhones with similar sized battery but ever since the iPhone 11, this is no longer the case and our phones last roughly the same. Her 13 pro max actually lasts longer than my phone does now and she gets way better performance. Things load faster for her too. My only complaint about iPhone is just the inability to customize anything. Thats not always a bad thing since it ends up being pretty easy to help someone with their device. All the settings are always in the same place. However with android 12 and the fact that the lock screen clock looks like hot garbage with the dual line AND the fact that android 12 decided to NOT let you customize it....yea that was kinda the tipping point for me to start looking at both sides of the fence.

Hello, has anyone noticed that the phone screen displays warmer colors than it should. White is slightly yellowish and black is slightly gray. Compared to xs max that is very visible. Or is there just something wrong with my phone?
