not upto date handset too costly as the new model poor service

I get that 60Hz is slow, especially for people who are used to 120 or 144Hz, But i came from 30Hz and after living on that for 7 months i didn't even realize how bad it was until i got 90Hz when the screen cracked.

Lia Sky, 15 Dec 2024Ehem, coming from a 120Hz, I notice it’s useless, for what ... moreThe Z flip 5 doesn't even have a big battery, it's barely got a bigger unit than the iPhone 16, the real flagship that Samsung offered this year with great battery life was the S24 Ultra, that thing basically smoked any iPhone's battery life in most tests and completely blew them out of the water in videos and tests done and covered by people like Mrwhosetheboss. Also in general flip phones at the moment at least, have a lower quality screen so I'd imagine you'd have a great time if you just got a actually good traditional Android phone instead of something that is still experimental, the 120Hz refresh rate wouldn't be necessary on paper yeah i agree but the iPhone 16 and 16 plus start at 830-900 Dollars which just makes it unnecessary for Apple to not include the 120Hz refresh rate when literally every competitor out there offers that kind of refresh rate, if the high refresh rate is an excuse to sell features then only god knows what the extra button on the 16 series this year is supposed to be

No need Drama. People like me, I can tell that I don’t need and I don’t care 120 thing. Battery life, Good connection, and Reliability are my priorities! So, I sold my 11 Pro for 220 bucks, bought a 16 , and I’m happy 😃

Ehem, coming from a 120Hz, I notice it’s useless, for what I need 120Hz? For that I prefer to use 170Hz on my monitor for that, on a phone it doesn’t have any real use, and if there’s exist any, for what I can really use it? To read more smoothly ebooks? lol
Basically 120Hz is just another excuse to sell features that solve a non existent problem, I used a Samsung Z Flip5, the worst thing, a chip that get hots instantly, 8 hours maximum battery life, and not to mention the screen, oh, 120Hz but the quality and colors are extremely bad, more battery capacity than iPhone but, oh surprise, 6 hours and it’s 30% or less, while iPhone, almost 24 hours and 41% with the same use I had with my Samsung, people caring about a 60Hz screen while they should be worried about other real problems like the chips, lack of optimization and bad batteries lol

2024 and still has 60hz. Strange that even older phones like the S20 FE also had 120hz Super AMOLED display in 2020, even though it was $700 initially. Yet this iPhone still rocks the 60hz display in 2024 and $800. I bet they will add the 120 in 2026 on the all the basemodels and call it innovative and revolutionary, when the sales market starts to go down. Lol.

I mean sure, if you used 60 hz your whole life you probably won't think twice about it but once you get used to 120, it's impossible to go back to 60 hz. It's gonna feel like slow motion
