Roomate just brought it home. It isn't leaps forward from his older iPhone 15. Still, there are very subtle differences like customization that could be the reason why someone would buy this. But it isn't enough for me to leave android. Camera, processing, hand comfort is pretty much the same. No fast charging and no 120hz is a huge letdown.

Hey Apple,
In the iPhone 17 replace the ultrawide camera with a telephoto one and leave the ultrawide for the Pro/Pro max models!
Or make the vanilla iPhone with only one standard camera, Pro model with standard + telephoto and Pro Max with the triple camera setup!
For example 8 and 8 Plus and X,XS and XS max.

There is a mistake on the specs since launch. The Ultra wide cam has a considerably larger sensor with 1.4mp not 0.7! Its the sensor from the 15 pro. Check your sources!
