Funny how Apple is promoting their new button like it's the invention of the century meanwhile you could set the power button on Samsung to launch the camera for years
Apple will do everything but add a fingerprint scanner lmao

If you see high numbers, that automatically mean you have better hardware. Whether one can see/utilize it or not depends on the eye sight. I guess your doctor also studied the same University "Scam university" like you. If you have perfect vision, you would have noticed the difference.

And guess what, no issues. Perfect vision :))). Maybe you need to visit doctor for some kind of autism symptoms or paranoia because you are seeing non existing things which is normal if you are sick.

Plus to your knowledge there are options for display screen mode: vivid, natural + enabled via ADB Amoled Cinema (recommended), Amoled Photo, Basic.
Second thing samsung uses 2k screen(higher DPI as well) instead of full hd. I'm expanding your knowledge with every comment :P. + I did an experiment a while ago because I can. I gave people my s23u with 2k screen, then full hd. Guess what. None of 6 people noticed A SINGLE DIFFERENCE. maybe you can see something with microscope :))). Or you are experiencing placebo effect, sweetie. If you see higher number that doesn't mean better :))

SonyScamNumberOne, 08 Nov 2024First thing most flagship phones uses at least FHD+. Second... moreSamsung screen, pic colours are worst oversaturated I have ever seen. If you like them, buy them.
Don't tell me what I also have to eat everyday haha. You are the one with bad eye sight here Scam number one. 4K/QHD screens on phones are lot better than FHD screens. 4K and QHD videos playing on those screens will prove that if only you have money to buy high resolution smartphone, you would know. With your love for FHD screens, you will also buy FHD screen for 2000€.
I highly suggest you first take eye doctor appointment before commenting on GSMArena and is too late.

Second thing you can't see a difference on such tiny screen and that's a fact. If you don't like colors that doesn't mean screen is bad, that means they calibrated differently. You should have gotten samsung and went with "amoled photo" setting. Somehow you managed to find gsmarena forum to cr*, you should have invested more time about all fragships available before buying what's not for you.

How about a hybrid device running both ios and ipad os with a screen size between 6.9"-7.5" to cater for both users of iphone and ipad?

I'm currently using iPhone 16 pro max coming from Sony 1 II. One reason to give up 1 VI is the resolution. To my eyes and in my opinion 4K on phones is better than crappy inferior 1080p screens. If you willing to shell over 1000€ for FHD, be an ignorant/doof and go ahead. No one is stopping you.

Jagganatha, 07 Nov 2024Proof that nobody can even begin to argue against the facts... moreYou can instantly tell whether you are playing 1080p resolution video and 4K video on your phone itself (try playing netflix content of both). I highly doubt your eyesight can't tell the difference let alone on TV screens.
Ok, let's say 1080p is enough for people like you. Then buy low end smartphone which comes at lower price and lower spec hardware, lower camera. Because that's going to be enough. Leave the people who want more from their smartphone and who spend over 1400€. No one in right mind buys low end specs over 1000€. Period.
Maybe for you Sony Xperia 5 series is enough in terms of flagship.

Smithravi, 05 Nov 2024Most users have unlimited WiFi at home unless they are livi... moreProof that nobody can even begin to argue against the facts! We are all soon going to be reduced to what you call third-world status by the folk you voted for the most recently, so using HD screens makes sense.
On any smartphone it is impossible to see the difference. When buying a TV try seeing if you can detect the difference in resolution between 1080p HD and 4K resolution on a TV screen of less than 37" diagonal size. You cant at the normal viewing distance and we tested this instore with young customers with perfect eyesight a decade ago. So a 7" phone screen? WHO are you kidding?
There is just no ADVANTAGE to higher than 1080P HD use on a smartphone.
The exception being ogling your photos by enlarging sections to see if they are sharp, but certainly not video or gaming.

Jagganatha, 03 Nov 2024Screen density ? The greater the number of pixels on your s... moreMost users have unlimited WiFi at home unless they are living in third world country where most users just use mobile data or limited WiFi plans. And people who buy 1450€+ will definitely and can definitely afford the unlimited data (you can have at different speeds). So, your point about data is meaningless for Flagship phone users. Maybe makes sense for low end phones.
Screen resolution on flagship phones is important (one factor for differentiating low and high end smartphones). 1080p on 6.9 inches is not a flagship hardware where your high end cameras can record 4K or even 8K videos.I mean what's the point of recording 4K videos if you can't differentiate between 1080p and 4K on such screns. Then you better get 1080p cameras which are mid-tier or low tier hardware. Either you go full high end hardware or you don't. That's the difference between low and top flagships after all. And as a 4K screen user for years, I definitely can say 4K screen is lot better than 1080p on smartphone. Only reason Sony (being the only 4K mobile producer) haven't gone 4K 120Hz is snapdragon chips still (even Elite version) can't support 4K screens @120Hz.

Screen density ? The greater the number of pixels on your screen when you are online, the quicker you exhaust your data allowance. For photography though the higher the resolution the better able you are to check focus detail. If you cannot enlarge enough to distinguish a picture that is in focus from one that is not, you may think you have a good result when it is OOF (out of focus)and a dud.
So buy a phone where YOU can control your resolution. 1080P is more than enough for gaming on a 32 INCH TV! so it is easily excellent on an online phone, refreshes much faster and does not stress or overheat the processor.
If you cannot limit screen resolution when online you will VERY quickly exhaust your data allowance, unless you have unlimited data. Nobody talks about this, but it is a very expensive mistake to ignore...

I am still new to iphone would love to try iphone 16. What are the key difference between China/Hongkong version VERSUS the US version.
I am in China but would want to use the phone outside China. Are there any material differences besides the lack of eSim?

innovation, "nice"! new "action button" that can take pictures, "great!". "better" camera that better take a 50X zoom, "fantastic"!
