Probably you don't remember because S24u is the first samsung with guaranteed 7 years of major OS updates. And to your poor knowledge s24u was released 2024, January 24.
Before commenting something about other companies products do small research on that beautiful samsung screen on your iphone.

How do you know it gets 7 years of update? do you have a time machine from 2031? when was the last time Samsung delivered (not talked about it, huge difference) 7 years of update to their phones, I can't remember it.

Just a few new things: 4 years o... morePhones should have 5-6 years major OS update by default anyway, and there is nothing "guaranteed" from either Samsung or Google about their 7 years of OS update, simply because they have never done it before, these are just meaningless words at the moment until next decade. iPhone XR, a midrange from 2018 is getting 6 years of major OS update, Samsung S9+ from the same year went obsolete only 2 years later.
Most of the AI stuff are just software based that need internet connection, and some of them were released for older phones so that's not an upgrade to S24U.
Even telephoto camera was worse compared to S23U, at least according to Mrwhosetheboss, since it went from 10x optical to 5x. brightness is still lower than iPhone 15 based on GSM benchmarks, even when it was released months after them.
If we look closely, other than anti-reflective display, Samsung is not any better than Apple for releasing the same phone with some tweaks every year.

Price tag has been the same for years, 11 Pro Max 64gb was released at $1100, 15 Pro Max was slightly more expensive because 128gb was removed.

Every year, they release a new model with just a few minor tweaks—maybe a slightly better camera, a small design change, or a marginally faster processor. Yet, the price tag keeps going up. It's almost like they're banking on people wanting the newest thing, even though their current phones are still perfectly fine.

There are still make me think about. Will this CPU getting upgrade or same CPU on 15 PRO MAX?
But I have imagine if CPU will use:
Apple Pro A18 (3nm)
Hexa-core (2x3.8 GHz + 4x2.2 GHz). And GPU still same like 15 PRO MAX (6-core graphics)
