Apple iPhone 16 series goes on sale

Following their announcements earlier this month and exactly one week after their pre-orders – the iPhone 16 series is going on open sale in the first wave of markets around the world. Like last year there’s two base models – the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus which are joined by the two flagships – the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

The new iPhones are now available across 58 countries including Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Turkey, the UAE, the U.K., and the U.S. The iPhone 16 series will arrive in 21 more countries a week from now on September 27.

The iPhone 16 series are not the only new devices from Apple going on open sale today. They are joined by the Apple Watch Series 10, the Satin Black Apple Watch Ultra 2, and the new AirPods 4 and AirPods Max.

Apple is really competitive, price-wise. Instead of getting the "awesome AI" Pixel 9, I'd rather get the iPhone 16, for the SAME price. Of course, I can't afford either of them so I settled for Edge 50 Neo - it's fairly decen...
