Racky, 06 Oct 2009I have IPhone 3G 16GB, no doubt phone is wonderful but now ... morethe 3.1 software version has this problem, it eats a lot of energy! I'm haveing the same problem! Knowing Apple they will fix this problem soon. Meanwhile you should turn off e-mail's push, or if you need more battery life turn 3G network off! on the other hand the iPhone is like a tiny laptop, have you ever seen one that has one day authonomy? :)

I have IPhone 3G 16GB, no doubt phone is wonderful but now I am facing aproblem that my battery standby is very very low, if i charge for whole night I can use till Noon, again i have to recharge so in this case can somebody help me...

Iphone's OS is not only closed source, but apple's grip is so strong that you can't even do basic tasks without apple allowing you to. This may be the fault of some unspecified hardware/sw failure, and lack of performance in the first two iPhone devices, that has not yet been disclosed.

I found this comment amusing and somewhat true but I will say I believe the iphone is the leading mp3player/phone because alot of the new phones say MP3 player but they're just music players that I find difficult to work and of poor quality.

I work in a phone store and this phone fails hard.
We get so many of these buggy POS coming back for warranty or repairs, a much higher percentage than that of other makes/brands.
If I want a toy I'll buy a vibrator.

this mail was upload to apple site and was removed after 30 min???
i take that beta deviceiphone 3g for 600 euro from july and still after updates and updates this toy is not working as a phone and is not relayble as must be a device in the market i wond my money back or repleace it with windows phone that is more relayble and trust in the market this is the last time that i have take something from apple and never again
