P%nm, 30 May 2009A SIM card holds a text only list of one name to one number... morei dont know about you, but if i am paying hundreds of pounds (or dollars) for a phone, I'd expect it to be able to read a few numbers off a sim card.

The moderators have changed the way they do things,no ryhme or reason. They zero right in on my n95 browser at works free wi fi with an approved by moderators message all the time but i can get thru on my co workers laptop thru the same wi fi !
BTW i told that guy about Plantronics 855 bluetooth, I'll have to wait and see.

Allan, 30 May 2009It's hilarious, you actually need another phone to get your... moreThey blocked that IP, so I go through the minor inconvenience of switching off wifi, instant new floating IP that changes with the phone towers.
If anything I get higher speeds from the mobile network than from the ADSL 1 the wifi is hooked up to, especially since I'm sharing it with three computers, an X-box 360, PS3, PSP, N82 and another iPhone.

nick, 30 May 2009at least it can do itA SIM card holds a text only list of one name to one number, it's for old people, when you sync to a computer you can save multiple numbers, email addresses, street addresses, photo's etc under each name, I been doing it that way for years.
Almost every phone will sync with Outlook/Outlook Express, a SIM phonebook is almost useless.

Microsoft is totally clueless about mobile OS witnessed by the WM 6.5 which is 6.1 slightly looking better, Zune HD is a media player btw not a phone.
Moreover you haven't heard the last out of apple, In wwdc the new iphone is coming 32 gb , at least VGA 30fps recording and turn by turn on GPS. Couple that with new OLED screen you fot the perfect phone.
Some nokias, samsungs may boast better specs in areas but the user experience coupled with the multitude of apps and games is staggering, not even symbian can hold a candle to that, and for apple this is just the beggining.
