Hi Guys,
Im planning to purchase an iphone 3G anytime nextweek and i'm a bit cofused on the reviews?
some said that battery suck? is it true? how long does it last?
any comments out there?
please give comments that will help me decide whether to buy this phoen or not

One thing i don't understand is that all the other cellphone users always attack the iphone. Why are people writing how bad the iphone is if they don't have one. What are they trying to prove. I don't say that Nokia ect. is bad. Everyone got different reasons why they want a phone so don't attack other cellphone's.

i guess some comments on the iphone are totally biased and done without review.camera function or video cam,or video call capability are not the things that make this phone a topnotch one.two nice things why you would get this-- Itunes and apps.i really like my iphone simply because it serves me the basic needs for a cellphone and more.here in the us either you have a blackberry or an iphone.others, you are just copycats and a waste of money and id rather get the freebies from my carrier.

to all these peoples who say that iphone sucks,
it realy has a big price but if you jailbreak it you will have a thousand application for it,
you will install video recorder and to tell the truth video recording is fantastic.
me for my self i have jailbreak it and i have application that is worth 300 $.

I have purchsed Iphone 3G yesturday, In calender the language for Month is not coming in english and it is coming in some different language , please can any one suggest how to change the same,

I am a long time nokia user but will be going to the new iphone for 2 reasons. Great screen with awesome feed back and the app store is amazing... no more paying $10 for an app.
Hopefully a few issues are fixed with the new iphone... the N97 was a close second because of the keyboard but the app store wins out.

Plus no secondary camera for skype use. They also need voice guided gps.

It's pathetic for a self-claimed multimedia centric phone, while it can't record video, under 5 mp main camera, no secondary camera for video call, no radio, can't play divx files, not to mention irritating overpriced. Jobs, please call kodak to solve ur camera homework, hire someone from korea as ur product marketing guy to solve ur overpriced issue... Hey, how could a winning in everything omnia is cheaper than the iphone 3g!?

The phone is great, especially it's software but the battery just sucks! After year of use it's empty in half a day. It's time for Apple to do something with solar cells or just put bigger battery in it...

the iphone is locked and also if u u think to buy it Dont all the other companys like Nokia LG ect made another copy of this phone with a diffrent name like Nokia 5800 express music how ever the latest model of this is LG if ur going to buy this phone dont first look at the Nokia 5800 then the LG after that compare all of them and see whitch is the best

iphone's interface is great, but once we're talking about camera, iphone is pathetic. Jobs need to give up his in control attitude and cooperate with kodak. Pronto!

Folks! I got a question. I think I heard it somewhere that the NEW 3.0 OS will allow app data push even while app. is off something like it does for email apps. Is this correct?
It'll be extremely handy to have that.

All I have is memories of the bands I saw before cellphones were even around, let alone ones with cameras.
I never saw Village people although I did see Queen, back in the eighties.
