Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970iphone...decent camera yes. however..without a built-in powerful led/xenon flash, auto-focus, digital/optical zoom, the iphone's camera is not up to par with the n95, n96, innov8, omnia and other smart/pda phones that has great cameras.

Anonymous, 22 Nov 2008Try to upgrade your Nokia N95 : Iphone 2.2 update : Wha... morethe n95 can do upgrades to make it better and faster. the latest firmwave is version 30. the n95 can also download itunes, which is awesome.

the difference between the iphone and n95 in regards to softwares and applications is a search for softwares/applications for the n95 needs has to be done, while iphone's softwares/application can be easily downloaded from apple.

built-in features and capabilities the n95 is better than the iphone. quick response/connection and easy downlable softwares/applications goes to the iphone. again, i have both the iphone and the n95 (and other pda/smart phones).

again the iphone is more of a media device, while the n95 is an all-around.

once again, it is a matter of a preference.

I rarely take my laptop with me since I've had my iphone. I've had several high end phones in the past but I have to admit that this phone has the best browser even w/out flash support.

This phone just works. The Apps, the UI, the stable OS, the thought put into the creation of the device.

It may have it's downsides, but you have to appreciate it for what it is.

If you try to do a NOKIA with this device, well, you're really gonna hate it. I can even say that the last few posts hating on this device aren't really helping the discussions, and are trolling to be honest.

The MMS issue really is a downfall, but to me personally, MMS is a technology that needs to be boycotted. Everyone should have EMAIL working on their devices, NOT MMS. But we have happy people who swear by MMS, in that case, go for a C902 or something, they're the fastest in sending/receiving MMS.

This isn't the perfect device, but it certainly performs on a totally different level.

This is coming from a longtime Symbian and BlackBerry user, so I do know what I am talking about.

                  No MMS ??
Stop posting no MMS, it is here !

MacWorld Sweden caught the attention of iPhone users when they reported that Swedish carrier Telia is planning on bringing Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) to their iPhone users. MMS is a feature that has been long requested by iPhone users and would allow the easy sending of multimedia (photos, video) to your contacts.

Their solution appears that it may be a third party application developed by Swedish developer Mobispine. Mobispine is marketing their MMS application to mobile carriers (such as AT&T) as a solution to provide the service to their end users.
