please stop complaining about the camera,2MP is fine for a quick snap. Serious photos should only ever be taken on a camera not one that rings. You don't buy an iphone for the camera or the video calls or anything else other than its an iPhone.
I know where i'll be on 11th July in line picking up my new iphone!

First of all, function wise, It didn't really get a big uprise in terms of functions.
Camera is STILL shit. Nokia is bring out 5mp cameras WITH autofocus and flash. What does Apple have to say about that?
2nd, no video calling... ON A 3G DEVICE. I'm so astounded that there's no front camera. Apple screwed up big time.
With the 199.. its not as cheap as you think, considering that all retailers will include it on a 2-3 year plan. If you think about how much the phone will cost afterwards, you're actually paying more than the the Iphone original.
3rd... What the hell is THE haptic feedback? NO haptic feedback = no no for apple. even on their touch screen device.
Audio, again, isn't that good. I've had my N82, and it sounds WAY better in terms of acoustics and bass when compared to the regular iPhone.. I doubt the music will improve. Not good.

that's a pro mobilephone, it's a shame to have 2 MP in the thrid generation of an APPLE's invention!

2mp cam u can get that on £40 phone its not exsptble (3.2mp is a need) no vido caling

Iphone service will be very bad this time with ATT.. They going high data plan 30.00 or 40.00 and no Text messeging includes..This is very bad for 60% people..Still you cant send & receive pictures, still bad 2mp camera and no video..Still no regular blutooth and more..They add only some push calendar and cople of thngs, so we wont need that..I have the best GPS in my car i dont need GPS..Today people cant pay them house rents and buy GAS, but apple and ATT companys want we pay 30.00 data plan each month?..This is funy and im sure they will loose on this new phone...

I'm in love with Apple, although they're prices can be fairly high sometimes. I would not mind getting a white one of these. =)

Like many people I am disappointed.
Why have 3G device without
1. video calling (fun to checkup on your hubby if he is cheating on you ^^)
2. Video recording (no direct upload to you tube - which so many other devices a capable)
3. i-tune download (what!!!!)
4. Decent camera 5MP and above (to print if you like a pic)
It is too expensive even for an Apple.

no, you still cant send and receive pictures ( mms )..I know this is great nice phone and i like this style, but,,Why they ATT and APPLE start change they privacy and prices ??..they offering cheap price on this phone, but they going high data plan each month..So what is the different ? we pay 199.99 for iphone 3g, and we have ti pay 24 months 30.00, so it will be 540.00 for 2 years data plan..Better i stay with my old iphone and i don't need GPS, OR 3G, because the best GPS i have in my car, and old iphone plan is better then new 3g iphone..ATT will think about peoples income and not only them pocket..Some people maybe can pay that 30.00 and some people maybe cant..So this is really will be bad year for ATT and APPLE, because 50% people will not buy new iphone, because data plan going high and not including TEXT MESSGE..
