just upgread your iphone to new version(latest 4.0.2).. and then your wi-fi is working properly after that..

u cant! only if sim is same network if iphone is locked. if so - make sure all contacts are on sim, then put into iphone, go to settings, mail contacts and calenders, then IMPORT SIM CONTACTS
