Recently I am facing this problem. Whenever i change any settings it goes back to its previous settings. And all the phone numbers from the call list is being erased whenever i go to call list. After taking photo for five minutes it remain in the photo folder but after five minutes all the photos are erased. What can i do? How can i upgrade the os ? Please be specific. Thanks in advance.

I am getting an iphone3gs soon and since you have one perhaps you could enlighten me on how good the speaker phone is as I do use it quite a fair bit on my current phone. Is it loud and clear enough? U said to love the iphone and it would love you back:) what is it you wouldn't do with/to the iphone3gs for it to not malfunction other than drop it on the floor or treat it rough? Please advise - thanks.

aavash, 20 Sep 2011in specification there is mention regarding the standby ... morestandby means ur phone is charge and no network is on instead ur phone is in airplane mode and there is no need to interfere into phone by unlocking just making the phone as it is....it would probably go to the desired hours of standby

basem, 22 Sep 2011am from egypt and I have a question this mobile in my count... morejailbreak means to free ur iphone to the other world of apps,themes ect etc u can change any thing u want .and it is easy to jailbreak ...and if ur phone hav any problem after jailbreaking just restore ur phone to the factore firmware...

I have bee using an iPhone 3GS bought in the US and unlocked in Chennai, India.
Would like to upgrade to OS 4.2 through itunes, but will it affect the phone in anyway because this was jailbroke and unlocked in India?
