Master, 22 Apr 2011How do i get to forward an sms message on the iPhone 3gs??open the sms which u want to fwd. choose 'edit' on top right. select the msg from the thread which u wanna fwd and select 'forward' seen at the bottom right. you get To option now. select the number to which u wanna fwd the sms and touch 'send' option. your msg is now fwded. good luck!

Master, 22 Apr 2011How do i get to forward an sms message on the iPhone 3gs??open the msg which you want to fwd. Touch the Edit option on the top left. If you have a threaded sms, select the one which you wanna fwd. Touch the Forward option seen on the bottom right. You get the 'To' option. Select the number to which u wanna fwd the msg and touch 'send' option.

for you to save battery life , these are the steps
1.) if you dont use the web use 2G , turn off the 3G , go to Settings-Network
2.) turn off the Data Services
3.) lessen the brightness when you play music
4.) turn off the sound equillizer

den select the particular msg u want to forward by clicking it
once a msg is highlighted u wil b able to see a delete and a forward tab on the bottom bar
click on forward tab, it wil automatically create a new msg wit the highlighted/ selected msg , now u wil jus need to enter the contact details of the person u wanna send the msg to

swetha, 18 Apr 2011hii im planning to iphone 3gs.. from US.. a new phone.. not... moreHi, since u r planning to buy the iphone 3gs without a contract from US, it means u will have to Jailbreak n unlock it inorder to use it in India which wil also void any warranty on it
i would suggest you to buy the iphone 4 instead and if possible get a factory unlocked piece so that you wil not have to bother with JB n unlock n can use it flawlessly anywhere u like with any service provider, factory unlocked pieces are available in a few countries like Canada, singapore , hongkong, New zealand etc ....
its jus a suggestion, as i too am using the 3GS from US here in Mumbai, but have to be careful as to not update it from itunes, as it wil again get locked.

how can i judge an iphone 3gs weather it is software unlock or factory unlock.please be sure to tell about 3gs?
i want to buy an iphone 3gs used.i dont know how to judge a factory unlock iphone.also tell how to judge weather it is jailbroken or not.one shopkeeper told me that iphone 3gs have no factory or software unlock.they are all same.and we can update them without any problem.he said that factory unlock or software is only for iphone 4.please tell about me how to judge 3gs.not other models.

i have iphone 3gs with 4.2.1 ios during call i hear beep sound and sms tone while i m on call and other party can hear this is there anyway to stop this

There is a new update of the ios 4.3.2
Tried to download and install it but i can not i keep on getting an error?
Did anyone else experience this?
