Heard a 3Gs on 6.1.6 can be upgraded to IOs 7, is that possible? If true, keep me posted in details how to, please.

For those that are buying, have bought, performed a system restore or are simply frustrated that they can not install apps from the "App Store", there is a simply answer for this most of the time.
You need to log into iTunes from your laptop or desktop computer. If you do not have one setup, you need to do this. Once logged into iTunes, go to Apps and start searching for what you want to download. Download your apps to your laptop or desktop computer.
Once that's done, plug your iphone to your computer. Select the apps you want to copy to your iphone. Now, for those apps that require 'ios7', don't stress! Most of the apps will ask if you want to install the older version. 'Yes'.
That's it. Not all will work but enough will. Keep on using this phone. No real reason to buy new just because it is new!

this phone is not good for gamers, some social networking sites and blurry camera. but i appreciate the durability of this phone since i had it, but for some cases, i dont know why sometimes, some applications that i downloaded thru apps store wont work well. :(

I have recently acquired this phone. very cheap sold by a guy from the net. pretty much decent phone. camera bit blurry guess time to replace the camera from iFixit. Housing bit old hence need to replace that too. apps..still available other many requires you to have iOS 7.0 ..but i just using it for calling and listening to videos. The sound, using earphones, is really good. overall..good phone. battery drain quite fast too..guess have to change that too..hahaha
