its simple 3g doesnt have video recoder, switch on the cam and u come to knw.. if it goes to video recorder its 3gs...

Please help me! I am a new owner of iphone 3GS and this is my first time to own one..I just received my phone from my Uncle in US..I live in Phils..My uncle told me that he already had it unlocked there..but when i got it last week,when i tried to open it,only the apple icon appears and nothing else follows after that..Is there something wrong with it? Please help.I'd appreciate any suggestions. THanks!

Anonymous, 29 Jan 2011hey guys i want to set a song as ringtone on my apple 3gs..... morefirst importe the song that you want to set as a ringtone, in itunes library,then right click on it and click on convert to AAC ,then drag and drop it to desktop and change the extension of the file from M4A to M4R ,now double click on file and
itunes will automatically add it to your ringtones folder in your itunes Music Library.
and at the end just sync your iphone.
voila... :-)

My uncle just bought for me iphone 3gs at Apple Store and had it openline so I can use it in our country. But when he tried to open it after having it for a few days,it turns on but only the apple icon appears,what seems to be the problem? Please help as I am new iphone user. thanks!
