hey guys, pls help...
im planning to buy myself a new phone in feb 2011 on my b'day..
i've research ed a lot but im still confused between samsung wave and iphone 3gs. so guys pls suggest wich one shud i buy. im getting iphone for approx 20000 rs. but then it lacks many features as well...
while for wave, im getting all the required features, but my friends say iphone looks cool in hands rather than any other mobile phone...they say its like a status symbol... also iphone has the itunes and bluetooth shit problem, while no such problems in wave.. ut then again...i always desired an iphone...but its like... heart says iphone...and brains says wave...pls suggest what shud i buy...thanxx..!

No Flash support in the web browser
Still no file manager (or any other way to see all your files in one place)
Still no vibration feedback when touching the screen
No Bluetooth file transfers between mobile devices (you cannot send a photo to another phone or even iPhone and you can't receive one as well)
Contacts lack a swipe-to-delete or mass delete feature (but you can swipe-to-delete individual phone numbers)
Lacking SMS/MMS features: No msg character counting, no delivery notifications
Lacking email features: no bulk "mark as read", no ZIP or RAR support in mail, mail search doesn't search in email body
No smart dialing (but Spotlight is a good substitute)
No TO-DO app (but can be installed additionally)
No turn-to-mute feature (though that's more of a gimmick)
The Lock screen could have accommodate some info plug-ins such as upcoming appointments and events, weather, stocks, news, RSS feeds, etc.
A Wireless manager would have made turning on/off 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Airplane mode, and Bluetooth much more user-friendly
Still no true multitasking support (but perhaps for the better, having in mind the already poor battery life)
The system-wide search Spotlight is often too slow to launch iPod tracks
You can't use the iPhone massive storage as a removable USB drive under Windows
The whole iPhone is too dependent on iTunes - you cannot upload one type of content (video, photos, apps) from two computers, iTunes behaves fairly poorly under Windows, a regular file management interface would have been much better
Still no DivX or XviD video support and no official third-party application to play that.........so wht is it abt abt 3gs or abt 3g....plzz rply guys.....thanks in advance

iphone is the best if u use it and after that u never like any other touch phone i have it and now i think what mobile phone i buy next b.c its the super cool set

The iPhone 3GS is STILL one of the top phones in the world. I have the 3GS and I love it! If any hater thinks there is a better phone to go for, then go for it. But be warned so many of the rival phones are far from perfect themselves and expect bugs and lags. The iPhone is pretty much smooth most of the time. I find this phone to be almost perfect. The signal is the only worry now and then but I guess a lot of it is down to the network im with.
I recommend the 3GS to anyone!

I had done enough ground work b4 buying this phenomenal phone. I had visited tons of review forums, consulted with friends, chatted with actual users and finally decided to go for it, considering the price tag as well..No regrets... :) :) :)
Go ahead n procure one for urself.... Its a stunner...

I really cannot understand why some folks say the iphone is bad ...
this is more than a phone .. its like a laptop ... u have full power ..
this is the best phone in the market .. u really cannot ask for more..
those who plan to buy this .. look no more .. go ahead and buy it .. and u will not repent ..
I bought it last month and I think its awesome .. trust me ..
