11 attempts out of 800,000 workers seem like pretty normal rates for anywhere.
You think 800,000 workers spread across numerous factories only make Apple products, wake up and get a dose of reality up ya.

The 4th gen iphone looks beautiful. I'm torn whether to get the white or the black one. I like black, but the white version looks really good as well. I guess I would have to see it in person and decide then. I can't wait :)

Any smartphone would need to be charged twice a day if you constantly use it for making calls, games, listening to music, web browsing, productivity apps, etc. You want a smartphone to last for 2 days with 1 charge? Then only use it to make calls and SMS, but then why get a smartphone if you would only use it for those 2 things? But yes, call quality of the iphone is not its best strength. I don't get dropped calls, but it's choppy a lot of times.

As to determine which phone is better, the consumer would be the best judge. And which phone sold the most units in the high end smartphone category? It's the iphone. So I guess I can confidently say that the iphone is the better phone regardless of anyone's preferences. It's as simple as that.

You dont know ... moreu need proof ...i had recently been to a service providers handphone service centre....i personally witnessed atleast 25 I phones replaced in 2 hrs what i spent there...my cousins and few friends use it and they constantly have to keep charging the phone sometimes twice a day...the call quality is really poor....the phone is certainly over rated

Not when you factor in a data plan of 3 years at 30 dollars a month for a 199.00 iphone 3gs.Try to buy a used one.

There was a time when i had given a chance to be able to use all phones best phones in the market for a month. 6units of best most expensive phones here in the philippines and in return give feedback and also i keep the best phone.
its been 2 years now and when i say phone i always think of the best phone i have IPHONE.
