This is a good phone but the bluetooth support is crap. Not able to transfer info via bluetooth...what! Even the headset connection for hands free is poor.

just wanna say that there's a lot of iPhone haters.
Im an iPhone user but I dont hate other manufacturers.
I love phones of Nokia and SE and Samsung. Ive had all these brands and they are superior in their own way.
non-iPhone users say that iPhone is a copy-cat and all...
But notice that since iPhone was released, every phone that is being released now from different brands are touchscreen. every phone uses swipe. almost every phone eliminated stylus and use finger to touch. every phone has icon based application instead of lists. almost every phone that was iPhone inspired comes in a small rectangular box like iPhone. even the presentation release event of the manufacturer is like steve jobs' big-stage-keynote style. its like iPhone started all this touchscreen craze.
lets say that your brand makes better touch screen and better features than iPhone, i think you should still thank Apple because they gave all this manufacturers an idea to make touch screen phones too. they just followed. Apple started the touch screen craze. They even jumpstarted the Application Store idea. And now everyone else followed: there's blackberry app store, there's ovi store, there's android app store... and the list goes on...

I suggest staying clear of Beta 3, though it is more solid than Beta 2, it still needs some work. Beta 4 will be out probably around the 20th.
I have been using Beta 3 for several days and the glitches have gotten worse. First off the SMS is completely fudged, every time I send a text it switches to portrait mode until I restart the device.
Sometimes the texts do not line up in the dialogue box and other times it displays my texts sent as unread texts.
When I try to select multiple deliveries there is sometimes no way to get back to the dialogue menu so you must close and reopen the app.
When I want to send a text or respond I must sometimes tap several times before I can actually enter any characters.
When rummaging through my contacts the order in which I navigate gets reset to certain random points within the sequence of A-Z. So every time I add a contact for delivery rather than continuing the alphabetic sequence from where I last left off it usually takes me to completely arbitrary places.
Scrolling through my photo album causes the phone to stutter.
When someone calls me and I go through the process of swiping the bar on the lock screen, there is a nearly two second delay before it goes into the actual call menu, this delay is also expressed by the fact that you cannot start talking or listening until this happens. Really annoying actually.

The original iPhone is still good today not because of its UI or hardware but because it is held up by the App Store... If it weren't for that, it would just be a touchscreen phone that has lists of icons!

If you live in the US, I think you're really better off going legit with AT&T rather than getting your iphone jailbroken, unless of course you really do not like AT&T. If you are outside the US, especially from a country that's less regulated, a jailbroken iphone would work better for you.
