That technology was developed by xerox, that's why the judge in that case throw the case out because apple was trying to claim that technology as it own when apple know fully that it's xerox GUI interface technology.

Nokia cuied apple form braking over 10 of their patents so don' t complain that nokia copies iphone. And I mean stuff like conestion and thinks like that. btw. NOkia had 3g phones out in 2003. So old news:)

Why would you want to play video on your iphone, you will killed the battery & unless you have a 3gs you will have to pay $79 just to replaced that battery & you will have to wait 3 Days to have it back.

no doubts iphone is an awesome phone but the worst thing about it is the problem it has with installing the cydia software which allows third party softwares to be used.
