And you don't have to carry around a separate camera as well, unless you're going to a special occassion. If I need a quick photo, my iphone does the job as well. So stop bashing.

Atleast you've admitted that your "superior gadget aka the iPhone 3GS"(your words, @2010-03-22 10:34) "has evolved over the 3 years since its birth, its getting stronger, its getting more powerfull"(your words, @2010-03-22 17:07).
Its wasn't so great when it was released, don't you think. No other phone model has evolved in history.
They just come out with a new one model altogether. But iPhone has a liking to its form factor. Without which it'll be difficult to make one. Versatility and innovativeness is tossed out of the window here. iPod - iPhone, all one and the same.
And if you want to know what intelligent people do with their iPhone, I mean people who "actually own one" and know everything about it : they jailbreak it. Makes one wonder : Why does Apple sell an imprisoned criminal?
Now try answering that question without using the word (... yeah the same word, you guessed it right) - "dumb". Its impossible.

IF the iPhone was as bad as you make it out to be, people would not be buying the iPhone. I agree the iPhone has been strongly advertised but unless you actually own one you will not realise how good the phone is. I have owned many Nokia phones over the years, my last phone being a Samsung touchscreen with top spec features and let me tell you the Samsung doesnt even come close to the iPhone!
The iPhone has evolved over the 3 years since its birth, its getting stronger, its getting more powerfull, so keep trying to convince yourself the iPhone is for dumb people, cos really its the people who slate it and hardly know anything about the iPhone, comparing it to so called high spec phones which do not live up to expectations are the ones who are DUMB! :)

If you look at the history of Symbian you'll see that Symbian had its origins in multitasking. A manufacturer when makes a device should have things clear in his mind, what (amount of power) does he wants the user to have.
Multitasking is something that Apple still refuses to provide. And not to mention all the things that you do only after "jailbreaking" the iPhone ( http://blog.gsmarena.com/10-good-reasons-to-jailbreak-your-iphone-no-matter-what-generation/ ). Where everybody is getting their power gadgets into the touch category and maintaining their non-touch devices, Apple is kept busy improving the iPhone bringing it up to the levels of competition.
If you try to think what was going on in the minds of iPhone makers at Apple, you'll realise that they thought about a touch based iPod and then thought it could become a phone. And voila! we have iPhone. The first ver. didn't even had message forwarding. They have it now. Clearly indicating that they didn't develop this platform to be used on Cellular network. Just a Wi-Fi capable device having a browser. iPod Touch.
No matter how much you want to believe that Apple made the greatest thing ever, evidences point that it was almost an experiment-went-wrong saved by marketing strategy and iPod. Now going strong due to a previously unknown but surprisingly thriving species of humans known as "DUMBS". Sorry about the language.

I cant understand why htc people continue to compare hd2 with iphone. Iphone is best mobile phone in the world. Htc hd2 is like a big brick, cant use with one hand and its very very slow. And moreover it have windows(oh god) which is so much complicated that u gets frustrated many times. And why do they call it hd2 when it dont support hd videos and neither it have hd display. It does not even support divx.
Common htc people u guys r just making fun of urself by comparing this brick toGREAT iphone. Iphone beats htc any day. I know htc people r very jealous of iphone owners because they cant afford iphone. Htc people r never happy with their device thats why they always keep changing rom in their devices. But apple owners never use custom rom because apple is best in terms user interface. Even after 3 years no mobile phone company can beat touch screen experience of iphone. Both iphone and hd2 have capacitive screens but usability in iphone is just at another level which hd2 cant achieve. So my advise to all htc hd2 aka brick users is "go sell it and add some money and get iphone".

Hi,
Motorola Milestone is far much better then iPhone 3GS. It lacks many features which Milestone dosen't. The best is the LCD part which is awsome on Moto Milestone. It has stereo speakers, 5 MP camera, Bigger screen size with better resolution, bluetooth connectivity & many more features much much better then iphone. If want to buy a phone with all the capibilities of iPhone then buy Motorola Milestone it is truly amazing.
