I'm just wondering if it's a good idea to use a 3gs with the EDGE program no longer being supported by at&t (my carrier)? Plus I want to know if it works better not upgraded (software-wise) or better upgraded? also, should I jailbreak it if I do get it?

Hai I am using iPhone 3GS this is very good phone .
The 3G Airtel Internet is vey fast in my phone.
And the games and apps is vey funny .
The App Store giving daily different new apps and games
And also updating the old apps .... So this was a gooooooood phone.....!!!!

Good phone but the update reduces battery life. :(

Download ifile for the pc and instll it and after instal please follow these steps
open ifile connect the ipfone with data cable
go to
ifile classic
and it shows your model number
and click on it and go to system/librabry/
search any file so that you can backup all the data to the pc but u can,t copy to the iphone again if u copy also it will show only in ifile.
